Dear Parents,

We will be celebrating Fall Harvest on Tuesday, October 31.  We will have our normal morning routine.  After lunch recess we will eat pizza, drinks, dessert in the classroom.  We then will be going to our rotation beginning at 12:30. 

We would like each student to bring in $5.00 cash for the food.  With this we will buy all the food and drinks necessary.  You will not be asked to send in any items.  Please send in money by Monday, October 30.

We will be finishing our unit in Science on Living and Non Living.  We are beginning our unit on the Human Body.  In Math we have worked with graphs and fractions and continue with Math Facts.  We will be writing letters to service men in Iraq.  We continue to work with comprehension and fluency in Reading.

Mrs. Fouts will be out from October 25-October 31 due to surgery she will be having on her knee.  Mrs. Williams will be in the classroom during this time and will be working closely with Mrs. Nelson.  We expect everything to run smoothly.
